Let Sol Yoga Studio come to you! We all work too hard and barely have time to eat lunch, let alone take a lunch break. In today’s busy world, more and more companies are bringing fitness and meditation onsite. It boosts concentration and positivity. It encourages more productivity all while building team morale. In our corporate mindfulness classes, we teach breathing techniques and yoga poses to help release stress held in our bodies and in our minds.
No yoga attire or mat required. We recommend starting with a 4 week course of half hour sessions. What a great way to thank your employees and/or co-workers for all the hard work they do! We promise everyone will leave smiling and feeling great!
