Join Gina on Tuesday, May 5th for a 75-minute Yoga for Runners flow.

Yoga is the ultimate recovery tool for runners, offering the benefits of a dynamic strengthening and restorative practice all in one. This extended class is intended as a “cool-down” after the Broad Street Run, but will be an excellent complement to any runner’s training, whether you have a big race on the calendar or simply want to run longer and stronger.

Through a heated practice with a thoughtful, feel-good flow, we’ll open up areas of tightness and promote safe mobility. This class will have a focus on hips and hamstrings, with benefits for every part of the body and mind. Come release those post-race or post-run kinks and experience the difference yoga can make in your running and recovery.
