Join Kristin as she shares her love for her favorite yoga prop, the wall! This workshop will teach you how to utilize the wall as a prop to assist with proper alignment, as a support, as well as a way to deepen into postures. We will use the wall to inform numerous individual poses before we flow through a creative vinyasa based practice using the wall. This workshop will be all levels with options for more advanced variations and modifications offered throughout the practice; however, it is suggested that you have at few weeks of experience practicing at Sol.
