Let’s be real. We all like a good pancake every once in a while. But most of the time we don’t feel full or great after. Most pancakes spike the blood sugar and leave us feeling tired and sluggish almost immediately after consumption.
There’s a better option…
The THREE ingredient pancake!

It’s the best and has been my go-to for years. Here’s everything you need to know:

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 banana
1/2 cup organic rolled oats (The one I use is from Trader Joe’s. It’s gluten free & pictured below.)

Directions:

Put one peeled banana in a large bowl. Use a fork to smash it up real good.
Crack two eggs and scramble before pouring into bowl with the banana.
Add a half cup of oats.

Mix together and boom! There’s your pancake batter.
I usually use a small measuring cup to scoop the batter out and place into the pan.
You can double, triple and quadruple the recipe to yield more as each batch makes about 4 pancakes.

Optional Add Ins:

Cinnamon
Blueberries
Strawberries
Walnuts
Cacao chips
I like to cut them into small pieces and dip into syrup. My nieces & nephews tried these without knowing the ingredients and LOVED them!

They will fill you up & leave you feeling satisfied. What more can you ask for? Let me know if you give these a try! You won’t be disappointed!
