This is a foundation building workshop geared to students who want to learn arm balances and inversions. we will intelligently build the poses to build strength, stability and balance . we will go over crow pose, side crow, handstand, and forearm stand with a few other fun transitions too! this is a workshop for all levels so if you’ve never done crow before we can get you there and if you can handstand with the best of them we can work your foundation and still challenge you.
Justin, also known as the Tattooed Yogi, has been teaching in the Philadelphia and south jersey area for the last few years. He took to yoga at first as a supplement to his martial arts training but after his kids were born he realized the other benefits that yoga has. His goal as a yoga teacher is to help his students realize the unlimited capabilities they posses. When you come to his class be prepared to work hard, be challenged, but also have a sense of humor. He teaches at dhyana yoga in Philadelphia and South Jersey and teaches workshops up and down the east coast.
