About Kim Reilly Damm
Kim found yoga while pursuing her graduate degree in Theatre at Villanova University. The late nights, long hours, stress and anxiety began to take a toll on her mind and body. To make matters worse, one of her closest friends died tragically and unexpectedly, leaving Kim to make sense of a world turned upside-down in the wake of seemingly senseless loss. In an effort to regain balance, Kim attended her first power vinyasa yoga class, and was immediately hooked. She found strength, healing, transformation, and growth on her yoga mat. Inspired to share this life-changing practice with others, Kim decided to pursue certification through Amazing Yoga located in Pittsburgh, PA in an immersive power vinyasa training in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
Kim teaches Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga at Villanova University, where she helps students experience radiant health, authentic self-expression, and compassionate, whole-hearted living. Her classes are creative, joyful, soulful and empowering.
Kim currently resides in Plymouth Whitemarsh, and loves philosophy, theatre, music, dancing, kickboxing, photography and animals.
