Jess believes that yoga has the potential to change lives. Her own life was changed by yoga soon after she discovered the power of the practice in 2013, quickly becoming more aware, calm and confident both on and off the mat.
Jessica completed her 200-hour teacher training at Dana Hot Yoga under the guidance of Lisa Mitchell and Rachel Hoppenstein. Students in Jessica’s classes can expect a welcoming atmosphere and a balanced, upbeat and challenging vinyasa flow designed to stretch and strengthen the body and mind. She loves bringing inspirational themes and quotes to class to help her students reflect and set an intention to carry through practice and beyond.
