About Jacqueline Cantor
Jackie’s introduction to yoga came at a young age. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, her family and herself strived to keep her active, motivated, and well. Luckily, Canyon Ranch, a wellness program for young adults/teens was suggested to her as a way to combat those health concerns. While at Canyon Ranch for teens she got her first taste of the principles, lifestyle, and practice of yoga; Jackie was hooked.
Throughout Jackie’s life she has used yoga as an outlet and a means to gain balance, stability, health, and fitness. She studied abroad in Israel, then took her educational pursuit to Manhattan, and eventually ended up back in her hometown in PA. In PA Jackie decided to expand her love for yoga to the next level. In Malvern, PA she received her certification in power yoga at Power Yoga Works, and hasn’t looked back.
Jackie strives to give her students more than just a great work out, but an experience that can elevate her students to their greatest potential. She keeps her flows fun, her attitude grateful, a non-judgmental yoga space, and a thirst to bring everyone to their true potentiality; which, ultimately lets her share the wonderful gift of yoga.
