Join Kristin as she teaches you how to take your handstand practice to the next level. Come prepared to work hard and have fun, as you learn the fundamentals of floating forward from downdog, handstand pikes, wrist tapping, pressing to handstand and more, if time allows, Kristin will lead you through a series of postures focusing on both the mobility and strength needed for these more advanced skills. Get out of your head and onto your hands!
Note: You do not need to have a handstand away from the wall; however, some handstand experience is recommended as this workshop will go beyond the basics of the pose.
