This workshop is open to all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, you will be able to begin or refine your handstand and inversion practice. We’ll start with a fun flow to build heat and connect with the breath, followed by a step-by-step tutorial on various arm balances that are commonly seen in vinyasa yoga classes. We’ll also explore handstands from top to bottom, learning how to get upside down and stay that way with or without the wall!
Mary will help make these fun and challenging poses more accessible to everyone by showing you how to utilize the strength and flexibility that you’ve gained in your practice.
