Can I take class if I am pregnant?
If you are pregnant and are an existing client with Sol, and have taken at least 10 classes, you may continue to take class if you have a doctor’s note permitting you to exercise. If you are pregnant and a first time client at Sol, you are NOT permitted to take class, even with a doctor’s note. If you are an existing client and you have become pregnant, please advise us before the start of class.

What if I’ve never done heated yoga?
Most hot yoga studios have temperatures over 100 degrees. Ours doesn’t go over 88 which is perfect all year round! You never know unless you try so come in with an open mind and notice how great you feel after class!

Why is gum chewing not allowed in yoga practice?
It is distracting to others and takes away from the breathing which is an important part of our practice.

Do you provide child care?
No. Must be 13 or older to practice.

What is your cancellation policy?

 What do I eat before class?

Depending on the time of day, you can practice on an empty stomach or have something light, like a banana before class.
What do I wear?
Wear something you are comfortable in. Something light as you will sweat. We practice barefoot so be prepared to take your socks off too!

Cancellation Policy

To best facilitate the needs of our clientele, we want to make sure no one misses class when space is available. These fees are to encourage clients to attend class or let us know 8 hours ahead of time so space is available for other clients who want to get their Sol on too!

There is a 8 HOUR cancellation window policy. You may cancel a reservation online, up to EIGHT HOURS before the start of class with no charge/deduction.  If you cancel after the 8 hour cancellation policy/don’t show up for a class you pre-registered for, you forfeit the class.

Monthly members and Monthly Challenge Takers can expect a late cancellation fee of $15.00.


There are no refunds. Once a class, monthly membership or class pack has been purchased, it cannot be be refunded or returned.


All single classes & class packs expire 6 months after purchase, no exceptions.

Unlimited options expire 30 days after activation.

Auto-pay membership – Minimum 3 month commitment required and a 30 day written notice (email only to angela@solyogastudio.com) required to terminate auto-pay.


Please check your email for waitlist notifications, that includes your junk mail folder as well. It is your responsibility to confirm or decline waitlist alerts. If you are entered on to the waitlist, and don’t show, your class will be forfeited. If you want to avoid this and get notified sooner, you can subscribe to text message notifications in your Sol MindBody account.
