Rave review of Sol Yoga Studio, Conshohocken PA

“I was first exposed to Yoga after a knee injury. I had lingering knee pain after it was determined, through an MRI, that there was no ligament damage only old scar tissue. I am a regular at my gym and was talking about my pain with my friend Angela and she said it may not be my knee but my hips and my flexibility. She recommended I try her yoga class.  I was skeptical and a little intimidated at first. I started taking her class, awkwardly learning the moves and within a few weeks my pain was gone. Angela’s great attitude combined with yoga has made a difference in my fitness conditioning, body awareness and overall attitude. Proof that an old dog can learn some new tricks! ”
