Before Coming to Class
BOOK ONLINE - Please reserve your space online so we know to expect you! Walk-ins are welcome, however not guaranteed a spot when it comes to limited space! Classes can fill up, so please sign-up ahead of time! Download our app!
RESERVATIONS - All classes must be prepaid by booking a reservation online. You may make your reservations 10 days or fewer before the class you have chosen.
ARRIVE EARLY - Doors open 20 minutes before class. Please arrive 10 minutes before class to get settled in so we can start on time. Entrance will not be granted after class starts. The warm-up is very important in our style of yoga, which is why we ask you do your best to show up on-time.
COME PREPARED to get your sweat on as our rooms are heated 85-88 degrees. Bring water in a plastic bottle (no glass), a towel & a mat.
CLEANLINESS - No shoes on studio floor please. Please take off in hallway and put in cubbies upon entry.
HONOR THE SPACE - Please no cell phones on the studio floor. Turn your phone on silent and place in cubbies upon entry. Handle whatever you need to before or after class in the hallway so you can clear your mind, connect and be present.
HYDRATION - A good rule of thumb is half of your body weight in ounces is how much water you should consume daily, We sweat in our style of yoga so it is very important to stay hydrated before, during and after class.
INJURIES - If you have any pre-exisitng injures or conditions please advise your instructor.
