Join Angela and Lisa Verna Hibberd as they focus on aligning the physical and mental bodies by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. The props assist in helping to hold poses longer. We will incorporate meditation as well as we could all use more of it in our hectic lives, right?
